70 Market Street was a warehouse for the D&H Railroad, and converted to student apartments in the 1990's.

Formerly known as Oneonta Student Housing (2008-2022), the building was converted to non-student rentals.

We offer 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments for a long-term lease.  

 

We are located next to Neawah Park, public transportation, Trailways, Clinton Plaza, Foothills Performing Arts & Civic Center, Oneonta Police Department, Oneonta Fire Department, and the Post Office. 2 blocks from main street where you can shop, and find eateries and coffee shops.  ​

A.O. Fox Hospital is a few minutes away, and Bassett Medical Center located in Cooperstown is 30 minutes away.

 

​ONLY the deck apartments may use the patio furniture on the deck.

 

We offer our tenants private parking spots, and have a guest parking area as well in our gated parking lot.

Freight train passes between the property and Neahwa Park which honks at the crossing gate, and can be heard from the apartments.

​

PETS: NO DOGS ALLOWED due to a tenant's dog attacking a pedestrian.

 

All apartments are cat friendly.

 

We have a strict lease in regard to NO SMOKING of any substance in the apartments or within 50 ft from the building. Designated outdoor smoking area provided.
