Originally a warehouse for the D&H Railroad, 70 Market Street was converted into student apartments in the 1990s.

Formerly known as Oneonta Student Housing from 2008 through 2022, the property has since transitioned to non-student, long-term residential rentals.

​

We offer 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments primarily for long-term lease, with the occasional short-term lease options available.

Convenient Downtown Location

We are located next to Neahwa Park and within walking distance of many Oneonta amenities, including:

• Clinton Plaza

• Foothills Performing Arts & Civic Center

• Oneonta Police Department

• Oneonta Fire Department

Main Street is approximately two blocks away, offering shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and other local businesses.

A.O. Fox Hospital is just a few minutes away, and Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown is approximately 30 minutes from the property.

Parking & Outdoor Areas

Tenants are provided with assigned parking spaces, and a separate guest parking area is available within our gated parking lot.

Please note that only tenants of the deck apartments may use the patio furniture located on the deck.

Important Railroad Disclosure

An active freight railroad runs between the property and Neahwa Park. Trains periodically pass the building and sound their horns at the nearby railroad crossing. Train noise can be heard from the apartments.

Pet Policy

NO DOGS ARE PERMITTED.

This policy was established following a prior incident involving a tenant's dog attacking a pedestrian.

Most apartments are cat-friendly.

Smoke-Free Property

We maintain a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking of any substance is prohibited inside the apartments and within 50 feet of the building.  A designated outdoor smoking area is provided.​​​
